HISTORY

The art deco style building was built in the 1930s, initially as a residential apartment building. During the Second World War, the building was requisitioned by the British and used as army barracks. After the war, most of the residents who were forced to leave had settled elsewhere and the building was converted into a hotel and has been welcoming guests for over 75 years since.

Why Two Hotels

Sea Green Hotel and Sea Green South Hotel are both located in different wings of the same building on Marine Drive. Initially, each hotel was under different management. However, today, both hotels are under the same management and offer the same level of rooms, facilities and service.
